How do we book Moreno Productions?

Couples begin by scheduling a consultation call through our website. This allows us to review availability, gather key details, and design a personalized experience before officially reserving your date.

How is our wedding date reserved?

Your date is secured with a 40% security deposit and signed contract. Once reserved, your date is removed from availability.

When should we schedule our engagement session?

We recommend scheduling your engagement session at least 8–10 weeks before your wedding. This ensures ample time to design, print, and prepare your Signature Book and large framed photo in time for your wedding day.

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes. Flexible payment plans are available, with the remaining balance due prior to your wedding day.

Are your wedding packages customizable?

Yes. All photography and videography collections are fully customizable to reflect your vision and coverage needs.

Do you help with wedding day timelines?

Yes. With over 30 years of experience, we assist in creating a smooth, photo- and video-friendly timeline so nothing meaningful is missed.

How many videographers do you provide?

All wedding films include two professional videographers, ensuring full coverage, multiple perspectives, and seamless storytelling. bUT WE CAN ASLO DO WITH ONE PERSON IF THE AREA IS SMALLER OR INTAMITE

When will we receive our photos and videos?

Final galleries and films are delivered within 4–6 weeks.

Do you offer sneak peeks?

Yes. A sneak peek gallery is delivered within the week of your wedding, featuring a curated selection of edited images to share right away.

Do you offer albums?

Yes. We offer professionally printed photo albums and custom hard-cover wedding albums, crafted to preserve your memories beautifully.

Do you offer wedding livestream services?

Yes. We provide professional livestream coverage, allowing guests from anywhere in the world to witness your ceremony in real time.

What are Save the Date wedding films?

Save the Date films
are cinematic invitation videos that announce your wedding while capturing your love story in a meaningful,

shareable way.

What is a Signature Book?

A Signature Book is a custom-designed photo book created from your engagement session, curated for guests to leave messages on your wedding day — a timeless keepsake from your celebration.

When do we receive the
Signature Book and framed photo?

Your Signature Book and large framed photo are ready and presented on your wedding day, prepared for display and guest signatures.

Do you offer photo booth experiences?

Yes. Our classic photo booth experience is available for $400 (2 hours), and our 360 photo booth experience is available for $600 (2 hours). Both can be seamlessly added to your wedding coverage.

How do we receive our photos and films

Your final edited photos and films are delivered through a private, online gallery. This gallery allows you to easily view, download, share, and order prints from anywhere in the world

Do you offer USB cases or physical keepsakes?

Yes. In addition to digital delivery, we offer a Premium USB Box option, which includes a beautifully crafted keepsake box containing your high-resolution photos and films on a custom USB drive. This is a timeless, tangible way to preserve your wedding memories and can be added to any collection.
